Harmony Day (21 March) celebrates Australia’s cultural diversity. It’s about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone. By building an art work pieced together by every member of the school, we hope to celebrate our diversity and connectedness. Using equilateral triangles, 5/6M create a design, drawing or painting that expresses an art pattern from their cultural heritage. Below are some inspirational artworks and art patterns from around the world, but please stay tuned to see what 5/6M uniquely design.
And this is what the students at Fort Street produced! Amazing!
