Guess what guys?? There's only one week left of school and then we are on school holiday. Who's happy about that??
So what makes people happy??
The answer is lots of things. Everyone has different things to be happy about, but is happiness important? YES!!
Imagine a world where everyone was sad it would be so depressing and people would be miserable and just want to die. Happiness, makes you fell good, happiness makes you healthy makes you healthy, happiness is contagious and it is important for us to live good lives.

Do you know being happy is healthy for you?? Well it actually is because it causes distinct changes in your body that strengthens you boost your emotions and decreases pain and chronic deases.
With all these health benefits who wouldn't want to be happy! The best way ti be happy is to do what you like most so hang out with friends and if you don't have any make some friends.

Imagine if instead of a disease called chickenpox there was a disease called happy pox would't that be great. Well just like chickenpox, happiness is contagious. Happiness is like a virus, meaning that your happiness could inflate the happiness of someone you've never met,.Happiness is in the air that means there is not way to escape it and who would want to escape happiness

Who's heard the song "Don't worry be happy"? or "Happy" by Pharell?? So many people love to sing about being happy, because being happy is important. Being happy is good, being happy makes other people happy. So everyone smile the biggest smile you can and lets share our happiness.

Smart. Bliss. Joy. laughter. Cheerfulness. Delight. Does all of these words make you happy? It’s happiness! Happiness is so important to us, both as individuals and as a world. If we are happy, we have added knock on effects and benefits, which makes us live longer and we need to realise that happiness is all around us.

Happiness. Cheerfulness. Delight. Do you realise that happiness, cheerfulness and delight are all around us? If you don’t, keep thinking and switch on your mind. Every time we laugh, we create happiness. Happiness is all around us. It’s okay to not feel happy all the time. Remember all the great moments. Remember to spread your positivity. Remember to smile a lot.

Strengthen your immune system. Boost positive emotions. Decrease pain. How? Being happy and creating happiness is something that feels intrinsically good, but pinning down exactly what happiness is can be a challenge. What makes one person happy is often different from the next, but one common theme prevails, which is that being happy is associated with better health. People that create joy, happiness and delight tend to eat healthier, exercise more and get better sleep than those who are stressed out or depressed. Being happy is definitely good for your health!

Do you realise “happiness” is all around us now? And realise that “happiness” help you live longer? Happiness is a choice! It’s your choice to choose whether you want to live longer or not and realising that happiness is all around us or not! If you don’t find “happiness” create it!

"Yaaaay! That's the best thing ever! THANK YOU!" These are signs of someone showing happiness, one of things we need in our everyday life. Scenarios like this probably happen everyday, so lets say that you've been studying and you have been doing it for a year, and you've not only been studying for being smarter, your parents have kept a secret about giving you something that you've really wanted at the end of the year, and then your so happy, that you don't even know how to express how happy you're feeling. You are feeling the extreme mode of happiness.

How does happiness occur, you may ask. It can happen when you have been laughing, gotten something you've really wanted, or you're just plain happy. Happiness can help you to stay positive, not to be rude and just show kindness. You could also NOT be happy when you're sad, not able to do something or not allowed to do something. If you're not happy, you're not having fun.

Did you know that 7/10 people are happy right now? The three that are not happy probably are sad because of something. You may ask yourself: How can I make someone who isn't happy cheer up? You should do aomething like this: "Hey, why are you sad?"
"I lost my favorite toy..."
"Oh... Sorry for your loss, how about I help you look for it?"
"Okay then..."
And then, while your going along to help them, try to make them laugh by joking with them.

In the world, not everyone is happy all of the time, and they will all be cheered up sooner or later, and YOU can help EVERYONE be happy, right now.

“Being happy is bad.” No, it's good. Some say if you’re mostly happy you live longer. bring happy makes you see things in a positive way, also laughing, laughs are contagious. If you like making people happy, laugh.

Seeing things in a positive way is good in life, it will help you in your everyday life. For example, you look forward to tests, work, or assignment. Imagine you’re a person whose annoying and weird, there's no happiness being weird and annoying. If you’re a person who is affectionate to the society, people will be nice back, it also makes you a better person. You will gain happiness.
You will be happy. You will be smiling.

“HA, HA, HA!” Laughs are contagious. How? Peoples lughes can be weird, but we think it's funny,so we laugh. For example, if you make a joke and someone starts laughing, it might sound funny so we laugh.

You can be happy all the time! You can laugh. You can look forward to life, to be happy. You can be contagious and be the person who makes the public. Be happy and share your happiness.

Are you sad? Visit Norway the happiest country in the world. They have free healthcare, free education and lots of frozen pizza! Family, friends and the community can make a big difference in your happiness and others.

Happy people make sad people happy. That’s one of the reasons why Norway is the happiest country and how we can make our country happier. For example a smile can make people happy when you see a sad or happy person smile at them and they feel that you care about them. This shows that you only have to do little to do big.

Kindness, caring and respect can also make a huge difference to your happiness and others. Sharing isn’t caring when you share germs! The reason we should pay respect is because it makes some people happy, because some people have rights or think they do. For instance you are on the train and you are sitting on a seat an older person walks into the train but every seat is taken so you move, and that can make the person happy or happier.

Ohhh! Did I forget to mention Norway is the happiest country in the world. Ohh yeh! I already did sorry. There are many ways to make the world happier and you can make up your own ways. You should always look for the best in yourself and others.

Happiness! It is one of the most important things in life. But why? Well there’s lots of reasons, such as if your not happy you're obviously sad and who likes to be head-down-sad, another reason could be if you’re not happy what fun would things like hanging out with friends or playing with pets, it wouldn't because your head down SAD. And let me say this, the next time you're happy make it last and definitely don't be head down sad.

If you're not happy would you enjoy life or if you weren't happy the best things would be the worst things and not being happy would be like being sad 24/7.So will you faver your happiness i hope so.
Now that you have read this, I hope you understand happiness is limited and you should favour your happiness and use it well when you have fun or you are happy and remember don't be head down SAD.

Joy, cheerfulness, and beatitude. What do these words mean? They all mean happiness.
Happiness is important because it makes us better people, happiness can change people’s perspective of you. Have you noticed when someone is always sad many people don’t want to hang around them. Happiness is not only about making you a better person but also having a balanced lifestyle, good health, and a good government who will listen to their citizens without any of these you would be sad all the time. Spread happiness to people who are sick or sad and make them smile.

If you were to rate your happiness from one to ten, what would you give yourself? Anything less than a eight would be dismal.
Being happy is important. Happiness helps you become a better, friendlier, and healthier person, why are these important? It keeps you connected to others which also builds special bonds without happiness you wouldn’t have the friendships yoú have today or the special bonds, how would you feel?
Happiness is important to build bonds and relationships.

Work, work, work.
Being happy is not only about bonds, relationships and doing things you love but also having good health, balanced lifestyle, and having a good government who listens to their citizens. Having good health mean you’re more happy, why? Have you ever seen someone who is ill happy and energetic, so being healthy mean you’re more happy.
Having a balanced lifestyle also will make you a happier person, imagine if you were always working and nothing else would you be happy? Spending time with your family and having some time for yourself will make you a happier person.
Having a good government is important for your happiness too, if you had a government with no democracy would anger and even make some people sad, if your government didn’t allow democracy they could easily make a mistake and anger their citizens.

What starts with ‘H’ and ends with ‘S’, happiness. Happiness is important for bonds, friendships and health without happiness we wouldn’t have better bonds, friendships or good health, imagine if the world was without happiness you wouldn’t have special bonds, better friendships and good health. Next time your see a sick or sad person make the laugh, smile and enjoy themselves.

Hey look! It's food! It's unicorns! It's rainbows! These three things are just a few of the examples that make many people such as me and you happy. The world happiness report is taken by the U.N. also known as the United Nation to see the happiness rate of the world. Happiness and joy are extremely important, without this we'll be miserable and sad.But not everyone is happy. In the report Australia came ninth just after the kiwis. Norway came in first. The world needs happiness.

But were is happiness from exactly? Happiness comes from family, friends and yourself. Without family you'll feel lonely, without friends you won't have fun and without yourself you won't have anything. It's all around you.Happiness is a journey not a destination. Happiness is in laughter, smiles, friendships and basically anything you can think of. Laughing fills you with joy and happiness. Smiling makes you feel good and happy.Just smile and see the happiness all around you.

Good healhth equals happiness. Fair rules equals happiness. Love and effect equals happiness. Happiness is in everything. But what are things that don't make you unhappy. Things like mental pain, physical pain and things that don't go you're way can lead to suicide and depression. “Hey you!Fatty!Get over here!” These are a few of the words that can scar and hurt you.lots of things can make you unhappy.

Happiness is all around you.Happiness in is everything. But many things can make you unhappy.Just remember this is everywhere.

Happiness

Happiness! Everyone has at least one thing that makes them happy whether it’s being around certain people, doing certain things or being in certain places.
What makes people happy? That's a hard question because there are many different answers, someone may think family and someone else may think playing games, but the truth is either way anyone would be correct. My answer to the question would be… living in a nation where we have the right to be ourselves and to be able to do what we choose to do, to be with the people I choose to be with and to be happy with that! Although my answer may not be the same to your own, I am happy for that because it is okay to be different to someone else. What happens if you aren’t happy? Many things will happen leading you to stress and depression. People who aren't happy most likely have a reason to be unhappy for example if someone's alone on the playground and aren't happy they probably don't have anyone to play with.
To be unhappy isn't a good thing and can cause many problems including anger, antisocial behavior and even physical abuse. But if someone is happy there is a reason. For instance if someone was feeling happy during school they may enjoy learning very much. Being happy is a wonderful thing to be no shame shown at all! As human beings we are different but we all need the same thing and that is happiness! I quote Buddha “there is no path to happiness, happiness is the path. Be crazy. Be silly.Be weird. Be whatever. Because life's too short to be anything but happy!
