Mrs Maples threw less bread than usual. In a flutter of grey and feathers, I jostled for the last remaining crumbs but found myself to slow against the younger flock. Sensing Mrs Maples was elsewhere today, her long glassy gaze staring into nothingness, I braved the few crumbs under her shoe. To my suprise I found an overnight sack behind Mrs Maples, perhaps this is the last we will see of her. The last few weeks she had been coming later and later. After the death of her husband and the collapse of the economy, us pigeons have had to wait longer for much less bread. Surely, there were places where old ladies could throw to pigeons as much bread as they like.

As sky was sinking on the clampered bench a young willing healthy Phoenix baby. Was trotting over to sky bravely jumped to the freezing lap and warmed him. Sky thanked the little heart warming Phoenix. And adopted the poor Phoenix as a loyal companion

The Arrival
I sat down pondering, think of all millions of possibilities that could happen this second or the next. I decided to go home I limped through the dark alleyway opening the stable door, climbing the ladder and nestling into a haystack. "Ahhhh home" she slilently muttered

Sitting in the middle of a cold, wet and windy park. Pigeons flying round and landing in the many scattered puddles. There seemed to be no one else there it was just me, the birds and the trees. I decided to get up and leave. I grabbed my soggy bag and just walked, not knowing where I was going and what I was doing. I must of walked 5 miles, traveling in one straight line. I had no family, no food, no water,no shelter and no life.

She just sat there. No shown emotion, not moving. She had been doing this since her son had been slain in WWII. That was ten years ago. He had died in his first kamakazi mission. His plane's left wing had blown off by the forward gunners of a American destroyer. He flew his plane into a forward gun of an American destroyer, the the gun that had sho thin down. Him and all the forward gunners were blown to bits.

I sat down horrified, pigeon gathered around the blood on my boots "miss, the train is here!" stated the train conducter politely staring at me queerly
I stared straight through him "miss, are you OK" asked the train conducter
I did not reply, since I didn't want to talk in a murderer's voice.

Sitting down on the cold park seat, depressed about the day I've had. Got fired from work, told my parents about what happened, then got kicked out of my house and my husband dumped me and now the only people I can talk to are the birds. But the talking doesn't help me. It just brings back bad memories and makes me more depressed.
As I reach for my black soaking bag, a complete stranger comes up to me and asks " are you ok ma'am"
I reply " yes sir I'm fine"
"Ok, anyway here is something to help you" said the kind man as he passes me $1000 dollars in cash.
I couldn't believe my eyes. But anyway I took the money.

In the cold disturbing wet weather with all sorts of birds and crows surrounding her, she was shocked that she had nowhere to go now. After her son kicked her out of his house because of the shoe rack was not tidy enough.

"What can I do?, where can I go?" She said in a very slow droll voice.

"Excuse me, may I use your phone please?" She pleaded.

"No, get away or I'll call the cops." The stranger snorted.

"You there, can I please use your phone for 2 minutes please." She said in a very pleading voice.

"Stay back, get your own phone." The stranger said in an angry voice.

She sat back down on the wet seat very sad that her successful son kicked her out and didn't offer he any money for a house or an apartment.

"PLEASE, SOMEBODY HELP ME!"

we rushed out on many boats, its going to be a month before we get there. After a week we were icelated, there were more then one hundred male and females on board and there was ONLY one shower.it was like being in a bowl of sweat it smelt like something spoken out of the univese. It astonished me at how many young souls are risking their life alot of us were sick we couldnt stand up at all and it was one day before we arrived we knew the odds were unfair but we stand tall, but there was not enough supplies.we were stranded out on the sea there was no land at all .sudenly a cannon hit the side of the boat we slowly sank to the bottom of the reef. Before we sank i seen the British flag raised,we all dived into the water and i said its not over yet britain.as everyone got out of the water,we jumped on the commanders boat ,i said i need to save my family their in trouble but we have'nt got much time get the cannons ready.the first week heading back was the hardest week we all are worried about our family, but we need to stay strong i said we are here for our country we will fight for our country and we will die fighting for our country so we go to war sholder to sholder men and women we are here right now for our country to stay strong. we got back we knew theres going to be a war but we are not afraid we got set for war.they've arrived sir said.Bombs scatterd every where we were dropping like leaves we faught back we didnt give up ever we bombed them back i seen my matebubby shot dead on the ground i pulled him to safety he's last words were is friends forever he didnt need to die like this he was my best friend and im going to fight back i took more then one hundred men out with the bomb we were against the odds but we won that war we lost soldiers but we remember, the last post came one we stood with honor for the soldiers that returned but mostly the ones faught and died for australia
